Return & Exchange Policy

We want buying from Artistsul to feel clear and fair. This Policy explains when you may request a return, exchange, repair, or refund, subject to any mandatory consumer rights available under Saudi law.

1. Change-of-Mind Returns For eligible physical products, you may request a return within 7 days from the order date, provided the item is unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise agreed.

2. Items That Cannot Be Returned Simply Because You Changed Your Mind Commissions: once a quote has been approved and work has begun, the change-of-mind return right does not apply. The Postcard Club: once that month's envelope has been shipped, it cannot be returned. You may pause, skip, or cancel your membership any time with no cancellation fee, but there's no refund for the current month once it has already shipped. Digital content: legal restrictions may apply once opened or used.

3. Faulty, Damaged, or Misdescribed Items Your rights here don't end after the seven-day period. If an item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, contact us for a repair, replacement, or refund — at no cost to you for return shipping.

4. How to Request a Return or Exchange Contact us at Sul_almagablah@hotmail.com / +966549130454 with your order number, product name, reason for the request, and photos if there's a problem. Please don't send the item back before receiving instructions from us.

5. Item Condition on Return The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition and packaging for a change-of-mind return.

6. Exchanges Since many Artistsul pieces are one-of-a-kind, exchanging for the same piece may not be possible; in that case we'll agree on a repair, an available alternative piece, or a refund.

7. Return Shipping Costs Change of mind: you cover the cost. Faulty or misdescribed item: we cover the cost.

8. Delivery Delays If delivery is delayed more than 15 days past the estimated window with no alternative date agreed, you may cancel the order for a full refund.

9. Refunds Refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5-10 business days of approval; actual timing can vary by bank or payment provider.

10. Urban Sketching Experience Bookings Cancel 48+ hours ahead: full refund. Cancel inside 48 hours or no-show: non-refundable. If Sultan cancels or reschedules: full refund or reschedule option.

11. Statutory Rights This Policy does not exclude or limit any mandatory right granted under Saudi law; where there's a conflict, the mandatory right prevails.
