Artistsul is an independent art store and practice run by Sultan Almagablah, an independent artist operating under Saudi Freelance Certificate (Wathiqat Amal Hor) No. FL-404706040, issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website and your purchase of products or services from Artistsul. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Products and Services Artistsul may offer: original artworks, drawings, and sketches, including one-of-one works; a monthly subscription called The Postcard Club; paid places in in-person Urban Sketching Experience sessions; made-to-order Commissions, with scope and pricing agreed individually.

3. Prices and Payment All prices shown on the website are in Saudi Riyals (SAR) and include VAT where applicable. Payments are processed through Moyasar. Artistsul does not claim to store your full payment-card details. An order may be declined or cancelled in reasonable circumstances, including incomplete payment, an obvious pricing error, product unavailability, or a legitimate concern that a transaction is unauthorised.

4. Original Artworks Each original artwork may be unique and one of a kind. Colours and details displayed on a screen may differ slightly from the physical work. Buying a physical artwork gives you ownership of that physical piece only - it does not transfer copyright, reproduction rights, or commercial-use rights unless separately agreed in writing.

5. The Postcard Club The Postcard Club is a recurring monthly subscription, priced at the rate shown on the Postcard Club page, which may change from time to time. By subscribing, you agree to recurring charges according to the billing cycle until you pause, skip, or cancel your membership.

Subject to the features available in your member account, you may pause your membership, skip a month, or cancel at any time, with no cancellation fee. Each month's envelope contains a limited, one-off collectible created for that month. Once shipped, it cannot be returned simply because you changed your mind, without affecting any statutory rights where an item is faulty or materially different from its description. There is no refund for the current month once that month's envelope has already been shipped.

6. In-Person Experiences If you cancel 48 hours or more before the session, you are entitled to a full refund. If you cancel less than 48 hours before, the booking is non-refundable, subject to any mandatory rights under law. No-shows are non-refundable. If Sultan needs to cancel or reschedule a session, you will be offered a full refund or the option to reschedule.

7. Commissions Once a quote has been approved and work has begun, the commission is treated as a made-to-order item created specifically for you, and the ordinary change-of-mind return right does not apply, to the extent permitted under applicable Saudi law. Any specific terms concerning payment, revisions, or timelines are agreed in the relevant quote or order communications.

8. Orders, Shipping, and Delivery We use the courier appropriate to your order and delivery location. If delivery is delayed by more than 15 days after the estimated delivery window, and no alternative date has been agreed, you may cancel the order and receive a full refund.

9. Returns and Exchanges Returns and exchanges are governed by the Artistsul Return & Exchange Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

10. Intellectual Property All artworks, photography, written content, and designs on the website belong to Sultan Almagablah. You may not copy, reproduce, publish, or use this content commercially without prior written permission. Buying a physical artwork does not give you the right to reproduce, print, or commercially use it.

11. Acceptable Use of the Website You agree to use the website lawfully and in good faith, and not to attempt to disrupt it or gain unauthorised access to its systems.

12. Limitation of Liability Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any liability or right that cannot legally be excluded under applicable Saudi law. To the extent permitted by law, Artistsul is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.

13. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on the website applies from its stated update date.

14. Governing Law and Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, including the E-Commerce Law and its Executive Regulations.
